About Us

Formalized in 2023,  Dr. Senithia’s Helping Hands, LLC. was created by Dr. Sonya Senithia Gaither  (also known as Dr. Senithia) to assist those needing guidance on their educational and professional paths to success. Dr. Senithia serves as the primary educational consultant with nearly 30 years experience in higher education.

Dr. Senithia has also been a member of professional advisory groups, and community service organizations and service boards. Additionally, she has served as committee chair, community service organization president, secretary, parliamentarian, student organization advisor, higher education administrator, adjunct professor, dissertation committee member and editor/formatter, author, and public speaker/guest lecturer.
